Once the offering is finalized, contracts are prepared for the land and construction. Then collaborate with our in-house design team to refine your selections, personalize the layout, and define the architectural style for permits to be submitted.

While permits are under review, meet with our preferred lenders (if financing is desired,) to explore available mortgage options. Once permits are issued, the land closing is scheduled and construction begins.

From exterior elements such as windows, doors, and siding to interior selections including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, and hardware, each selection is thoughtfully coordinated to ensure a personalized cohesive result. This design support is provided within the base cost, allowing buyers to make confident decisions with expert guidance at every step.

They don’t have to be. Our homes are customized not custom. Starting with various model homes as a template. Our guided process streamlines personalization from the initial design meeting through final finishes, making the experience clear, efficient, and manageable.

Will there be surprise costs during the build?

No. Our pricing is transparent and comprehensive, with the completed home included in the base price and a clear price for various options, eliminating unexpected costs along the way.

How do you ensure high-quality design and craftsmanship?

Your home is created through close collaboration with experienced architects, builders, and an interior designer who understands the Hamptons market intimately.

What if I’ve been searching for years and nothing feels right?
