About Me
Josh Seidner grew up in real estate development. Josh graduated cum laude from Syracuse School of Architecture and holds a degree in Construction Management from SUNY ESF.
Josh began his career for a fellow Architect-turned-developer where he worked for Ginsburg Development Companies in Westchester. After writing a letter to Donald Trump in 2007, he was the Vice President of Design and Construction for The Trump Organization for 6 years. He then moved on and worked for Silverstein Properties and developed the Four Seasons Hotel and Condominiums, NYC. After opening, he was recruited by Related Companies and built the Equinox Hotel and Condominiums at Hudson Yards, NYC. Upon the completion of the design of the Equinox Hotel, Josh joined Vorea, a midsize developer / general contractor / construction manager, where he led the Preconstruction Division and Owner's Representative business for 4 years.
Josh, along with his Father Mike, founded ARCH&Co® which focuses on Architecture, Real estate, Construction, and Hospitality. Working on the project management and development side of luxury single family homes, hotel conversions, condominium development, and investment properties, Josh brings a tremendous value to any project. With almost 2 decades of experience, he knows development inside out and has learned from some of the best.

About Me
After graduating from Newark College of Engineering, (NJIT), Mike started his career with Turner Construction Company in NYC. He managed the construction of various projects including corporate office buildings, medical centers, and big box retail stores. From there, he obtained his Professional Engineer’s license and after six years, he left Turner and started building residential properties. Working up the ranks to become a partner with one of New Jersey’s largest residential builders, he completed over 4000 multi-family and single-family homes over twenty-five years.
